Nightmare! With disgusting smell! More details: 8-9th June, Augustus villa, room 7202. You will recieve the official review in Booking.com, because our reservation is made by them! We booked standard room in Radisson, but we got a terrible place like in pension home. Old, ugly, smelly, dirty building with old, smelly, ugly, dirty rooms. This is not a 4 stars hotel!
Typical Radisson in terms of standard, but I take away 1 star as: -it isn't in the bad shape, but rooms and interiors already show the sign of passing time, renovation should happen soon, -the rooms have no air conditioning and in the warm summer days and nights it is really really hard to cool off the room (the windows open only on one side so yeah, no air flow)
Friendly staff. That's the best part. The room and fridge were both too warm for comfort. Opened a window and started the fan. The fan fell over due to a broken stand, so we balanced it for the night. For the price, I would expect a better breakfast; free pool/spa access and parking. Would prefer a key card over the 2kg brass key fob.
Warning: Do not book this hotel if it is hot outside. Just dont. The aircondition only works well in some rooms. We were lucky to be able to change room, hence, the three stars. Also, In some rooms with large windows, the windows can not be opened. Hallways become like saunas. Rooms are as such well equipped.
