Rafa has always been a very central pastry shop in Parnamirim, a favorite place for many people. The food has also always been good, however, recently there has been a change between the quality of the food, some days are good and some days are bad. For example, pastries have days when the dough is well-fried and crispy, while on other days the dough is soft and chewy.
