We ordered a sweet tea to go, but they only brought us an empty cup, so we filled it with tea from our table. Moments later, the general manager approached us and aggressively inquired, "Did you put alcohol in that cup?" He confronted my son-in-law in an intimidating manner. The customer service was extremely poor; the GM didn’t ask how our meal was or if we needed anything else. On the other hand, our waitress did a commendable job serving our table of four adults and four children, including a newborn. The food was great. But service was pathetic. Never brought appetizer at all. Even after we asked about it. And had to ask for more drinks more than once n never got them until we were thru eating . Then had to wait on our check like 20 minutes. Our waitress was nice...but wasnt able to keep up. Not sure why. She'd say she was comin back n we'd see her like 30 minutes later. Possibly mismanagment n not her fault.
Not only was the food tasty, but the managers went above and beyond helping my husband and I with our car. Our window was shattered and we wanted to see if we could catch what happened on camera. Unfortnately, we were at the one blind spot, but they still took such great care giving us amazing extesive advice ok how to take care of our window. Such great kindness
Luke warm reheated dry prime rib baked potato did not get my side of ranch, refill of sweet tea did not have lemon wife's burger was OK not great. I remember why it's been some time since we returned if I am paying $30 for prime rib I would expected it to be cooked and not reheated in a pan top was mid rare bottom was medium well. I expected better

I had a late lunch during the holidays. They were busy so I sat at the bar and had great service. I had the house salad and Hoppin John Soup.
