What happened to this place? It used to be great when it first opened. They had the best chicken strips, big, juicy, tender and delicious. I used to tell everyone about it and take people here all the time. But now? I got a 3 piece combo yesterday, the strips were TINY, like laughably tiny, each one was no bigger then 2 McNuggets, I wish I remembered to take a photo. And the taste.. SO SALTY, did someone accidentally put the whole box of salt in the batter? I like salty food, but this was barely edible. Fries were pale, cooked but could have used a few more minutes to get a nice color. And the toast was barely toasted. The sauce is still good, extra star for the sauce. All in all a big disap...
Tried it for the first time a week ago as it wasn 't that packed. I found the portion sizes very generous. Only 2 complaints: 1) The Texas Toast could have been crispier 2) The music was WAY TOO LOUD! I 've read other comments about it being noisy.. and this is the culprit. Forces people to talk very loudly. This is one reason I stopped going to Five Guys. Not sure if it 's because management wants to give the sense of a lively environment, but you can do that without being obnoxious!
They serve it hot! Always a line here for this popular and tasty fried chicken. The combos are super filling and you get slaw toast. I first heard about this restaurant through my coworker. I was hesitant at first but I ended up liking it. The tenders are juicy and fried perfectly. I recommend getting the chicken sandwich because of the moist and crispy strips.
I have never ever had a problem with this location. Excellent food. It was really fast and the service was amazing. The Texas toast was great. The chicken stripes were very tasty and moist; this is truly a full meal. The dipping sauce is another star in this meal. Overall, a great experience.

The food was good. Nice and clean location. After completing our 1st order, we wanted to order extra bread. Obviously, we know to pay for the extra bread. The comment of needing to pay was not necessary.
We use to go here regularly but their chicken is just getting tinnier. Today was the last. For $12 for 4pc and you get mini tenders, no thanks. And their fries are terrible. Hard and cold.
When you pay this much for chicken tenders you expect them to not be burnt. I love canes but last time I had issues I never got a response, so I guess I’ll skip this location from now on.
