I pulled into the drive-thru on Northside Dr and waited for five minutes with no response over the speaker. I honked and said hello, but still no answer. When I got to the window, I had to knock to get someone’s attention. A guy came out and said the employee was in the bathroom and had been in there for a while, with no indication of when she would return. The service was very poor, so I decided not to order anything. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with customer service here. It's very disappointing. They need to hire a completely new team, from the manager to the cooks.
I really love the burgers, fries, and everything else at this place. The staff always makes an extra effort to ensure your order is accurate. It's a fantastic spot.
I went here some years ago, when it was still a Checkers, it was... OK. I'd really like to try it as a proper Rally's especially their Chilli Cheese Bacon Fries!
