Service was slow despite having multiple staff on hand. The ices are quite icy, and the cherry flavor contains chunks. We ordered two kid sizes and one medium, which came to $13.50. Is it worth more than the $3 ice carts? The flavors are icier and less sweet. After your visit, you can stop by the Long Beach Humane Society to see some adorable kitties!
A charming little gem that has truly blossomed! This cozy spot has evolved from good to great! The vibrant and cheerful atmosphere exudes a summery vibe, and they consistently introduce new and exciting flavors. The seating area is clean and inviting, both indoors and outdoors. The staff is fantastic, and the treats are exceptional!
Disappointing experience with an unfriendly older woman. The portions are quite smaller than those at other Ralph's locations in the area. I would prefer to visit the other Ralph's instead, as the atmosphere here feels unwelcoming.
The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Everyone demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, making this a fantastic place with great prices and delicious shakes. I especially enjoy the black raspberry milkshake! Book a table now
The woman who serves you appears to be unhappy in her role, and when taking your order, she sighs as if she doesn’t want to be there. Aside from that, it's a typical Ralph's experience.
