I had an incredible experience at this restaurant tonight! I went in at 8:45 and asked if they could deliver their ices to my daughter's school for her birthday tomorrow. I didn't think they would be able to, but I decided to take a chance. My daughter wanted a specific flavor that I couldn't find at the supermarket, and they were my last hope at the very last minute. I was prepared for them to say no, but instead, Ally took my number and said she would contact the owners and get back to me within an hour. Love the flavors of the ices and ice creams. The staff is really nice and they work hard. Gotta tip them. We had the specialty sundaes only once and we both thought they were way too heavy on toppings and sweet sauces and not enoughice cream... made us a little nauseous, so we'll stick to the basics. Also disappointing how some of the flavors run out, but they have so many great options that the pain doesn't last long.
My roommate ordered three Italian ices from the Lindenhurst location and while eating mine I discovered a dead bug. When we called they said they would call us back in 10 minutes to see what they could do about it but never called us back.
I was there w a friend around 9PMThere no inside shopping or sitting, but there are alot of flavors in water ice and ice cream. I guess its popular because they were out of flavors to. The service was fast and alot of people came after us. Book a table now
The cream ice is the absolute best! If you haven't had Ralph's or you haven't been to Long Island its a staple and a have to stop you need to make to get a full visit in Long Island!
