I visited this restaurant tonight for ice cream, and I was very disappointed with the service! A young girl and a young boy were working around 9:30 PM, and when I said hello, they didn't respond at all. The girl was spraying a cleaning solution on the ice cream display while it was open, causing the spray to get all over the ice cream. This is extremely unsanitary! On top of that, their lack of manners was apparent. The customer service was terrible, and the cleanliness was concerning. I won't be returning to this location. This Ralph's definitely needs new staff as soon as possible. I'm very let down.
It is becoming a summer habit visiting Ralf's Ices during these sizzling summer months. Let us decide; Chocolate Chip Mint or Cannoli ices, you choose, sorry cannot wait for your Yelp reply. We will go with both. Another location of many I have visited for my favorite of the day flavored ices.
It's awful. Don't waste your time here. More than half of the menu items were unavailable, and the food tasted stale. The coconut raspberry tart had no raspberries in it, and the banana fudge tasted spoiled.

Their hours say they close at 10:30. We got there at 10:10 and they wouldn’t serve us and the workers completely ignored us and were rude. Definitely not happy about it
