Most of the menu can be made vegan, but you need to request it. That said, the staff is knowledgable (just ask about the broth and noodles). The dishes are creative and very tasty! There is a lot of attention to detail with the ramen it's not just a simple noodle soup. I'm particularly fond of the ghost ramen. It's very spicy but has a great flavor. The character of the place is very charming and unique as well. It's my favorite place to eat in Lawrence!
I've made a 30 minute trip to Lawrence just to eat here before! The food is always fresh and the people are always friendly. Note that most of the items need to be made vegan (some noodles are made with egg and the fried rice has fish sauce in it). Expect to pay about $10-$12 a bowl, but the portions are on the bigger side -so it's worth it!
great food and super cute inside! loved the deconstructed crab rangoon nachos!! kimchi noodles were amazing, never had soaked eggs like that before they were so tasty! you order at the front and they bring your food to you no other interactions with the staff.
I'm currently at this place and I already love it here! tables may be sticky but it's a doable eating spot, and the people awhile work here are very kind!!!
