How do I start off this review? I saw it was a Michelin guide restaurant (not star) but thought it was interesting to try. So I went on a 85°c day, but it was boiling hot inside like the air conditioner was out. I don 't know if this is a regular issue but even the workers weren 't happy with the heat. Not exactly the most pleasant of atmosphere but that 's fine if the food is good. I started off with a karaage which was great. It was crispy, cooked to perfection and had a great sauce to go with it(Kewpie). Then we get started with the spicy red ramen. I originally rated this restaurant 5 stars, but I've since changed my rating to 2. The food quality has declined significantly and it's definitely no longer deserving of a Bib Gourmand. When I first found this place, it hadn't received the award yet, and everything was spot on. Now, the dishes are overly salty, the noodles don't taste the same, and the quality of the meats, like the chashu, has noticeably dropped since its pre-BG days. The prices have also gone up, and I really don’t think it’s worth a visit anymore.
I really don't get why people are raving about this place. I wouldn't trust trends and fads regarding food. This restaurant was a recommended restaurant on michelin's site as bib gourmand in 2022, not a michelin star which people keep stating. I don't know how it tasted in 2022, but its 2023 and tastes very lacking, salty, too thick, noodles have too much starch(added with a thick soup, turned into a porridge).
This place was absolutely killer. My wife and I went for dinner and we both got the Spicy Miso Tsukemen with chashu.The texture and flavor of the noodles dipped in the broth was delicious. The chashu was super tender, the soft boiled egg was marinated and so good, and the broth itself was rich and super flavorful.We really enjoyed our dinner here and will definitely be coming back!

Wanted to try this place since it's very close to where I live. Went with something simple. Ordered 1 rice&beef bowl (gyu-don) and an order of potstickers (gyoza). I give a 7 out of 10. Staff was very nice. Very small location. Maybe 15-20 capacity.Also hot inside. Need to crank the ac.I may come back at some point my son's love ramen. I would recommend this place to others.
We had an excellent experience at this restaurant! We were seated right away outside, which was a nice surprise considering we were a party of six. While we didn't get to enjoy the full ambiance inside, which looks fantastic, I would definitely recommend this place. I can't wait to return on a cool, rainy winter day!
You have to go! Life changing stuff here. Great service and amazing food. The appetizers are yummy too. Hits the spot every single time, it’s honestly an out-of-body experience. I recommend the white miso.
The ramen here is incredible! I was really disappointed when they were closed on a Sunday recently. If you have the opportunity, you absolutely have to try this ramen place. I've never been let down!

Highly recommend if you like thick ramen noodles!! Both the ramen and Tuskemen are excellent and the portions are huge. Everyone should try it out!
