Her tone was incredibly rude and condescending for what I thought was a reasonable and straightforward request. If you forget to include an item I paid for, a refund should be expected. It felt like she was taking out her frustrations on me since there was really no logical reason for her to speak so harshly, especially considering I was polite while requesting the refund. Additionally, it's worth noting that even though the item was only a few dollars, I also paid over $2 in service fees for ordering online, plus I tipped them on top of that. Ultimately, it’s not just about the money; it’s a matter of principle. I don’t believe anyone should have to pay for something they didn’t receive....
This is a beloved local spot that I visit at least every two weeks. They serve amazing empanadas and reasonably priced margaritas. I often order the Mojarra, which is one of my favorites. The portions are generous and offer great value for the price. It's truly a gem for authentic Colombian cuisine.
The tripe soup was absolutely delicious! The natural juices tasted authentic. My husband and I really enjoyed our lunch there! I highly recommend it.
