Even though there was only one waitress for a full restaurant, she managed to be attentive and pleasant and the food was delicious! I had the smothered nachos but had them with their homemade tortilla chips instead of regular ones and they were fantastic. No, they do not give you free chips and salsa, but because their homemade chips and bean dip are so unique, I can understand the nominal charge. I've never had chips like that anywhere else. Definitely a worthwhile restaurant to visit if you are in the area!
Really good food. Ate homemade tamales that were overflowing with meat.. My dad enjoyed his smothered taco. Lots of food so go when you're hungry.
Excellent place for Latinos, especially for Mexicans who miss the Mexican food and atmosphere a little.
