We used to go to Rao's and split a dessert. We went today and waited at the counter to order a dessert. No one ever came and waited on us. Two people came in after us and were waited on on right away. We were so disappointed because they used to be so good and attentive to customers. We used to make the drive to Rao's in Beaumont and share a dessert on Friday or Saturday nights. Before the Mid-County location opened. The staff was so friendly and polite. The person that waited on us was named Jake. Jake used to make suggestions, and he knew how to treat customers. I'm not saying we will never return, but it won't be anytime soon. Excellent coffee and pastries. I got the large breakfast ham and cheese croissant , and a carmel vanilla frap with 2 shots of coffee. The customer service is exceptional. The environment is very welcoming and family oriented. Every Rao's I've been too are all the same. Highly recommend!
A huge choices of pastry, dessert and latte as well as ice cream and birthday cake. Have place to sit and atmosphere is pretty nice and warm. Staffs are really well service. Highly recommended for anybody who wants a real chill thing to meet friend and study ??

please pay attention to what people order and stop giving them the wrong freaking items, and then sometimes give attitude when politely asked if it could be fixed. smh. get it together pls ?
The service was good. The cookies are great. They don't label or put prices on anything so you have to ask what everything is and its price
No sign of Where the order. workers never said a word after sitting at the counter for 5 mins.
