the place is located exactly in the cellar of the Rathaus, in the German Rathaus, which is one of the most beautiful and historical buildings of göttingen. as the rat house deserves a visit, the rathskeller gives them the opportunity to enjoy a drink directly. after they have finished a tour through the main square of the city, where both are located. the personal is polite and the bier selection does not leave any unsatisfactory, whether it is German or not. but there are better taverns in divines.
