My husband and I tried the special of oxtails served over rice, along with mac and cheese (both), fried corn (for me), and fried cabbage (for him), and everything was absolutely delicious! I also had the banana pudding for dessert, which was just wonderful. It's not often that you find a place where you genuinely enjoy everything you order, and we ended up taking some home because the portions were generous! The staff was friendly, and Ray was particularly helpful in preparing the orders. This was our first visit, and we can’t wait to return for more!
That was my first visit to Rays and I was very impressed! Great prices, Ray was super cold and friendly! Ha gave me samples to try before I bought it and was just a very nice person overall. The jerk sauce and rib tips are so AMAZING! It only has enough kick, and the meat is very juicy! The Mac and the cheese have such a unique taste that it tasted nothing like me before. I also tried his blow for my drink and it was absolutely delicious! I'm glad I'm over. I also got my food super fast and I was completely satisfied.
One of the best BBQ in Georgia. Was in the area for an event. So glad I used google maps and found this place. Fried park chop was juicy and their salmon chowder is rich and smokey.
I haven't had the chance to eat at Ray's Southern Foods yet since I live in Ohio, but I've enjoyed plenty of Ray's cooking before. He's truly one of the best!

I'm sure it's worth a try. The banana pudding was delicious. I would definitely order it again. The smoked wings were so tender they fell right off the bone.
