When we arrived we asked if they had aliste-sanabresa meat and told us yes, that two of so many dishes were from veal meat from the denomination of origin, so we asked for a second half. I can't say it wasn't from the denomination of origin, but because of the quality of the meat it seems very rare that it was, as we know it well and in other paradors, as the one of zamora serves it and is simply spectacular, something that doesn't happen in this parador. First we asked for a deer rice, which we have to say was very rich. We were somewhat disappointed in the subject of meat.
the suggested summer menu option in the application, is not real. Instead we were offered the possibility of a fall menu that did not meet our expectations. Therefore, we ordered the card and ate a dry belly salad (excessive wine), trout with ham and vegetables, as well as bull rabbi medallions that seemed to us packaged properly, but with little drop. as it is usual in the paradors, the table service is correct, but rather cold. the spacious and bright dining room. In general, we were very disappointed.
