Meine Mutter war als Kundin im Hotel Rebstock und habe deshalb diese Hause besuchen können. Das Willkommen war sehr sehr positiv und das Haus sehr sauber.Alle Mitarbeiter waren nett, freundlich und behilflich und standen immer zum Beantworten meiner zahllosen Fragen zur Verfügung. Sogar der Direktor half im Service und war hilfsbereit und flexibel, auch in aussergewöhnlichen Situationen.Das Frühstück war warm und gut präsentiert mit reichlich Auswahl. Die Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit.Als Angestellter im Tourismusbereich muss ich sagen, dass ich wenige Hotels mit einem solchen Personal in der Schweiz gesehen habe und muss die Direktion, sowie den ganzen Personal zur Arbeitsqualitä...
Une terrasse agréable au pied des marches de l'église Saint-Léger, une façade au style très "locale", un accueil courtois et discret, sans excès. La Suisse ! Pour notre pause sur la route vers l'Italie, nous n'avons pas été déçus par la qualité des plats et le service sans faille. Plats copieux, très frais et même très bon (Ça tombe bien), pour finir par une addition sans surprise, très salée pour deux bières, deux belles salades César et Indienne, deux cafés... et le pain payant ! 71 euros au final. Bienvenue en Suisse ! L'établissement reste très bien malgré tout et "honnêtement" on s'est régalés !
Really good. My husband had the homemade meatloaf. They had vegetarian options. I am vegan. I hope I'm allowed to reveal that the waitress suggested something off menu. It was sooo simple but sooo delicious- hash brown potatoes with so many cooked fresh vegetables ...of a variety. I'm not a big eater, but the veggies were so perfectly prepared and yummy that I nearly ate it all. Our waitress was excellent. The atmosphere could be romantic, but very comfortable. They had freshly prepared bread too.
We came again to Luzern for the Fasnacht and decided to eat in the Rebstock hotel restaurant. The restaurant had a special menu for the Fasnacht and we had 2 different classic main portions which were excellent, but what gave us the best part of...the evening was the spontaneous show up of two bands from the festival which gave a wonderful show one cannot get anywhere else. I will try to add pictures later. So the food was superb. Service excellent and always and the atmosphere was mesmerizing

My wife and our friends John and Jonna Langley of Dallas, Texas visited the Rebstock Restaurant in Luzern on Saturday night for dinner. Service was exceptional and the food was served timely. The food presentation was excellent. Quality and quantity of food was exceptional. We highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Swiss food.
Reservations for the restaurant were made easily online. We ordered the veal sausage, the pork sausage and the meat loaf. All were very well done. The meat leaf didn't need so much gravy and the mashed potatoes were a little thin. Overall, the service was decent the food was good and it was a lovely atmosphere on the terrace.
We went there on a Saturday night, without reservation we were lucky to get a table outside. The staff were very friendly, the guests were mixed-local & tourists. We enjoyed our food and wine, quality was good. All of these were at a reasonable price in the end!!
Da wir Abends nicht mehr so viel essen mögen haben wir das Restaurant Rebstock, ein Partnerbetrieb vom Hofgarten, vorgezogen. Auf Wünsche wird eingegangen und das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet.

Great hotel, personnel is super friendly, location is superb but DO NOT stay in the historic part! The floors and stairs are so noisy you cannot sleep when someone above you is walking in their rooms.
