I very rarely write reviews, but this place sorely needs one! Beautiful setting, should have been amazing. Unfortunately the service was nothing short of shocking. Left to sit for 20 minutes without a drink...eventually managed to stop a passing waiter who looked down with disdain and said someone will be with you . Ten minutes later, someone hadn 't arrived, so I went up to the bar to be met with the cold shoulder from several waiting staff and was literally told to sit down as the girl behind the bar was too busy to serve me! I kid you not!! I have never ever experienced such terrible service. Worst of it is, there must have been about 15 waiting staff...all ignoring clients and arrogantly...
The place is beautiful, i cannot say anything bad of it but is the only good thing I can say and it's a pitty. Service terrible, nice girls but without experience, nice guys but slowly. Nice food presentation but the same you can eat in a japanese street restauant for 10€ and we paid much more. It's a cool place for people who don't know about food, i felt they were kidding me and it was my birthday so I felt really disapointed. Go there only for the views.
Stayed at Tramantona Park in May 2017, and could see the beach bar from the apt, but its not on a beach!, very white, views are good, but our views form the apt were just as good!, only went once, cocktails are about 9 euros each, could easily spend a fortune there, not a great atmosphere, does not seem to fit in with the local image, this is Minorca not Ibiza!, but if you have loads to spend you will be happy here
Having read very mixed reviews of the Isabella Beach club we though we would give it a chance. We were pleasantly surprised. Apart from the outstanding view of the sunset, the staff were very friendly, the food was great and the cocktails amazing. The menu was a bit limited unless you like sushi and was probably better suited to adults than family. Hoping to revisit next summer for a date night with my husband.
