Very average food quality hot pot vegetables were not fresh and some of them were frozen. Ordered the hot pot soup base on a mid spicy and it turned out to be salty but not spicy. Poor customer service, have to go to the...counter by yourself if you want something, staff with no smile at all. Unskilled staff as they forgot my order and I have to chase it up for a few times. Overpriced based on the food quality and the service received for persons with hot pot, even though there was a off discount applied, drinks and platter were excluded in the discount offer. Overall, I'm so regarded that I chose this restaurant rather than the one next to it and no wonder during the dinner time on a Friday...
We came here on a Saturday night, it was quite empty actually. We almost had the whole place to ourselves, but the service could be friendlier and happier. We clearly over-ordered for 6 people, there were few more dishes which I didn’t manage to take pictures of. The prawn with salted egg corn and the fried mantau were our favourites! The fish dish and the beef stir fry were pretty tasty too. Overall the food won our hearts and bellies. If you are looking for decent Sichuan food, I would recommend this place.

We chose to dine alacarte rather than opting for the hotpot. We had a delicious fresh cucumber salad, noodles with chicken, spinach with garlic, some huge salt and pepper prawns, and fried chicken with chilli which is fantastic to look at, bright red with hundreds...of dried chills. Every dish was great, tasty, large portions. It's a bit more expensive than your traditional Chinese restaurant, but the dishes are far superior and innovative. The service was great, I will definitely return.

On a cold Monday wintry night, the seafood hotpot was just what we needed. Contrary to other reviews we had great service from Nikki and Effie, who showed us how to savour this meal. The restaurant is quite large so bring a group to maximise...the enjoyment. We thought this was a fun interactive experience and did not come away hungry at all.
'Boil ' and 'steam ' are my two favourite ways of Chinese cooking, because I get to taste the original flavour of the ingredient. We 've had seafood steam pot last year in Hong Kong and I always wanted to have it again. So when we saw it 's now available in Red Chilli, we came for a feast. Great service and atmosphere! Sichuan bean noddles with sour and chilli sauce! Is my favourite Sichuan cold dish! Highly recommend! And the portion is generous too! Mini hot pot... I suppose.. don’t know how to say in English. Really nice ! The shrimps and fish are well seasoned in chilly sauce! And tender!
I like coming here for hotpot with friends. They have a good selection of ingredients and nice soup bases. You can adjust the spiciness of the soup to your taste and can have different bases in the one pot i.e. spicy/non spicy.

I really like this Chinese restaurant. Their service attitude is also very friendly food taste is very authentic. I hope have a chance to bring my friends to taste again.
