I've been privileged enough to go around Australia and visit all the red chilli restaurants during my gap year holiday. Their shredded pork with garlic sauce is no doubt one of the best Sichuan cuisine they make. Red chilli and its franchisees is by for the only store that does no sell the dumb down version. It is made with all the ingredients, therefore it's just like the one you would get in when you visit Sichuan. I recommend you to Go to your local Red chilli to try this mouth watering goodness. Ordered dry mala pot for dinner and it was delicious! Approximately 30mins waiting time on a Sunday (24/4) night. The restaurant seemed to be short staffed as there were many tables uncleared but kudos to the 2 staffs working at the front for giving the best customer service!
A friend took us to this place for yum Cha, it turned out to be another Chinese restaurant now, still keep the yum Cha thing , but add up more Sichuan cuisines which is surprisingly good, the asparagus lettuce is must- try !!! So refreshing!
Highly recommendable place for Chinese food. Excellent dishes are served with a variety of szechuan flavours and spices. The service is also very good. <br/ <br/ Try the hot pot fish It goes perfectly with spicy dishes.

Just like what we had in Canberra. The company tried to keep the shops within a certain standard.! IT was very good and we ordered the dried hop pot again, and it was still very lovely. Nailed it!
Really great service. Only had 30mins before a fringe world show and they knew exactly what would come out of the kitchen in time for us. Was delicious food and wish we could have stayed longer!
Red chilli restaurant always makes me feel at home no matter where i am. I have been to Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne, and have tried most of red chilli restaurants. They all impressed me!
Very authentic Sichuan Chinese restaurant, good location with easy parking around. Very busy restaurant normally packed with customers would like to go back again

A very popular Chinese restaurant so you need to go earlier, otherwise you have to wait at least 20mins (during dinner time). Most food are spicy so be prepared.
Great restaurant with nice foods! Me and my finally really enjoyed the seafoods! Planning to have dinner with friends here! Highly recommended.
