Attended for the first time for my wifes birthday. Small and well staffed. Server knew every detail of the menu and ingredients. Extensive wine list. We started with the mussels and camozla mushrooms. Both excellent. Mains were Bouliabase, chicken, and braised shortrib. Everything cooked perfectly. None of us added salt or pepper as the dishes were perfecly seasoned. Look forward to another visit.
Very small space and music was a bit loud for conversation but none of that mattered when the food came out. I had duck spring rolls that were amazing and salmon as the main. It was one of the best pieces of salmon I had ever eaten. Great service and friendly staff make this a great restaurant. Make reservations ahead of time,,they book up fast.
The Red Door Bistro is an incredible place! We had the best meal in Whistler hereWe sat at the bar which I highly recommend.
This is my favorite restaurant in all of WhistlerThe atmosphere is elegant and casual at the same time.
