we had the best experience when we had to eat it on a midday date recently! our waitress was angelina and she was the absolute best waitress we had in very long time! it was a skeleton team with just her and a manager and of course a chef in the back. but she kept everything coming in time and had a pleasant attitude about it all! very fast and efficient service. Of course, the potato salad is the main reason why I eat there bbq and not somewhere else and it was so delicious! better than I can make home! I can't wait for our next lunch!
Food is just okay it used to be GREAT. Service is pathetic! If you order curbside dont count on anyone coming out to your car, go ahead and make that call to them but expect to be sent to voice mail or placed on hold. If you choose to just go in and get it yourself, expect to be left standing at the counter another 10 minutes. It doesnt matter if the place is bare bines or packed, the service and food it at its all time low. Should really consider a new manager AND staff. After all that...the food is cold. Go somewhere else!
I recently purchased a meal from this restaurant and it was awful. The food was cold and unappetizing. The cauliflower mix had no flavor, the potato salad tasted like mayonnaise, and there was no bread, pickles, or napkins provided. I was very disappointed with the overall lack of taste and service, so I will not be returning. The barbecue was cooked to a medium level.
We used to avoid this restaurant due to poor service and cleanliness issues. However, we decided to give it another chance today and we were pleasantly surprised. Sara and the other waitress provided fantastic service. We made sure to let the manager know how much we appreciated their hard work. Thank you!
