We came as a group on Saturday night, it's a nice pub with a laid-back atmosphere. We were greeted pleasantly and all round the staff were really nice and made a clear effort to make everyone comfortable. The Guinness was a nice pint too. I...started with Pate, which was nice enough, nothing special. The side salad was a nice touch but they under-toasted the bread, so it wasn't the easiest to spread the pate it needed longer under the grill. For main, I had Gammon, one of two party members to do so. Others had Steve's Curry, where the comments were that the Curry itself was lovely but the rice somewhat waterlogged. Of my Gammon, the meat itself was nice, with a nicely cooked egg and a pineap...

The elderly section (the silver wrinkles) of the Wirral branch of the Triumph Owners Motorcycle Club headed out for the usual mid week ride out today we ended up at the Red Lion Wybunbury. What a great and hospitable place to come to, welcomed with...open arms sherbets ordered and a menu placed before us. Lovely varied menu all ordered and the chef and his staff did a wonderful job in preparing and cooking all the meals. Presented beautifully and was a pleasure to eat; we all enjoyed our meals. Thanks to all at the Red Lion you have a great Pub you will defiantly be on our call again list.
Wow, what a treat. Just moved to Woore and decided to explore its little treasures and did we find such a place. We were warmly welcomed by Helen. The food was beautifully presented but most of all the food was still Hot. It's also the...only place that I have come across, that specially chopped up chillies for me. I love spicy food. Helen made us feel right st home, a real asset at The Red Lion. We will be back to explore other amazing items on the menu, and, you've guessed it, for more fresh chilli

Staff, food, pub setting were all All the food was homemade and totally delicious. We stopped over on our way to Manchester and just sad we don’t live nearby. I had the Steak, mushroom and Guinness pie, mash, veg and plenty of gravy. We...also had the sticky toffee pudding which was divine. Best I’ve ever tasted.
Great atmosphere. Pleasant staff and surroundings. Excellent food. Definitely recommend. Would have given but we were seated very close to another table, which had a large group of people sat there. The restaurant was very busy, and therefore no other seating available to...move to.
Had my birthday party. The team at the Red Lion hosted us exceptionally well. guests enjoyed a lovely course meal accompanied by live jazz band. Fantastic service from all the staff. Special thanks to Kirsty and Ben, nothing was too much trouble....Made for a special night. Thanks
