I recently visited the Red Lobster on Hall Road and Schoenherr and it was hands down the best Red Lobster I have ever been to. We ordered the Lobster, Crab, shrimp scampi, salad, baked potato with butter and sour cream, and of course the cheesy biscuits. Everything was absolutely fantastic. The crab came out perfectly in one piece, which is a rare find and a true testament to the quality of the seafood. I have had Red Lobster at other locations that didn't even come close to the amazing experience I had here. To top it off, we also tried the Vanilla Bean Cheesecake which was out of this world. If you are a fan of crab, lobster, and shrimp like I am, I highly recommend this place.
Went here with a large party and was seated within 5 minutes of entering. The food was PHENOMENAL and the service was beyond outstanding. Every order came out correct, fresh, and very quick for a large party. Adam was our waiter and was on top of EVERYTHING, he brought us biscuits as soon as we ran out, kept the table free of clutter, he asked us if we wanted another drink before we even had to ask, and even brought extra butter to the table as well without us even having to ask. He was extremely friendly and personable while still catering to us with such a professional attitude. Will definitely be coming back soon and hope Adam is our waiter again!
I would like to mention the ultimate feast had old fishy crab legs. The 2 shrimp skewers only received 1 and the one I did receive tasted old and had fries not rice like I ordered. The salmon tasted old Fish and chips was full of grease. Usually you do a great job and I brag about you all the time. This order was a flop !!!!!! The shrimp platter was very good !!!

we had the fabulous server of all time; dominick! dominick was friendly, attentive and very personal. thanks for making our date night so pleasant. the chef was also amazing. our ultimate endless shrimp sorts were delicious! we had a very pleasant night. the food was fresh hot dominick kept the garnel coming as we wanted. everyone needs a dominick!
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the burger at Red Lobster. It was really delicious. I wish I could thank whoever cooked it that night! The cheesecake was a bit frozen and didn't have the raspberry sauce, but I love cheesecake so I still enjoyed it. And the complimentary biscuits were a nice touch. Definitely deserves 5 stars.
I love Red Lobster, but the food I got tonight is nothing like how they are when you dine in. The biscuits barely had any flavor, they forgot one of my shrimp items for my meal, and the portion sizes are laughably smaller than when you dine in. Ill stick to dining in at this location.
Crab legs were cooked just right, mozzarella sticks were good. The sunset passion colada, is always to die for. Side of mashed potatoes seems a little old and dry like it was the bottom of the pot. LOVED the waiter, so full of life!
