My daughter and me arrived at 7:52pm we did not received our food until 9:37pm. I could've saw there is no structure on night shift. The manager let the employees do what they want. The young men walks around with their pants down and boxers showing. Young kids that do not work their, in and out the kitchen all night. One young lady had really short pants on. My server brought us drinks in a dirty glass and disappeared. I was not able to request more in a togo cup. I decided to go to the store cross the highway for drinks, while leaving i saw my server coming in from a smoke break. No wonder she didnt returned. She only had two tables she was serving. Over 10 people in the kitchen but it too...
We waited over 35 minutes for our table, even though we had made a reservation. The food was inconsistent for our group of eight. There were uncleaned tables scattered around the restaurant. Our server was polite and friendly, which made the experience better, but overall, dinner with friends wasn't as enjoyable as it could have been.
I was informed that I can't place orders over the phone, and I'm unable to get the loaded mashed potatoes. I even offered to pay extra for the sides, but it was a firm no. I usually order from here all the time, but it seems I won't be returning.
I visited Red Lobster for the first time, and I must say, the service was excellent! The atmosphere was quite nice, but unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to my expectations in terms of flavor.

The server was very good. Our food was served hot, just the way we like it....not sitting under heat lamps.It was dark dreary inside...could use a little decor change.
Food was not the best. Great service and the atmosphere is good. It's not awful food but it's not something I will try again.
