I haven't really ever enjoyed Red Lobster, but it has been about a decade since I've been here, so I thought I would give it another shot. I first ordered a beer, which they didn't have. The wait staff was not enthusiastic, the food was mediocre at best, and the interior was very dated. The mozzarella sticks tasted like the low quality option in the frozen section of a grocery store. The mac and cheese was decent, but again felt very processed and had a pre-packaged feel. The fries and shrimp were basic, and felt very under seasoned with nothing special going on. I had a pleasant meal overall, but I wasn’t particularly impressed with the unlimited shrimp offer. It seemed like the waiter was a bit reluctant to check if we wanted more, likely to avoid handling any leftovers. Furthermore, the machine at our table was not working properly, so I was unable to earn points for my order. On a positive note, I ordered a lemon cake to take home, and it was amazing! It was light, bursting with a wonderful lemon flavor, and accompanied by a delicious berry sauce.
They informed us that the wait time would be 25 minutes, but in reality, it took 50 minutes before we were seated. Once at the table, it took about 15 minutes for our bread and appetizers to arrive, and we had to wait an additional 25 to 35 minutes for our main courses. While the food was tasty, the orange juice we ordered was awful. Although we sent it back, we were still charged for it.
My food was good. I was not impressed by the unlimited shrimp offer. It was almost like the waiter didn't want to ask if you had leftovers. The machine at the table did not work well so I could not get the points for the order. Ordinary lemon cake to take home and it was delicious. Very slightly large lemon flavor and a beautiful berry sauce.

You'll tell you it's a 25-minute waiting period that was actually a 50-minute waiting period. Waiting on the table to actually get the bread and the appetizers is like 15 min and eating another 25-35 minutes. Food was delicious, we had juice orange it was so bad we returned it and were still charged for it.
Upon entering, the hostess was decent, but the server truly stood out. I brought my young child along to give her a special experience since the older kids had other commitments. The server was full of energy and promptly delivered delicious food to us.
Had only one taste for some shrimps Alfredo. She stopped and sat right away. Very efficient waiting staff and they brought my appetizers very fast. Perfectly filled mushrooms. Then they were fast with the main course. Everything was very delicious.
Walking in the hostess was okay, but the server was amazing ? . Took my little one to make her feel special because the teens had plans. She brought energy and great food fast.

The customer service here is fantastic! I wish I could remember our waitress's name because she was incredibly kind and patient. We didn’t have to wait long at all.
