AWFUL!. While we always have a pleasant time here. Today was the exception. The waitress made ZERO effort to do her job. Took her at least 7—10 Min after we were seated to come over and say hello. After food was served we never saw her again. Had to ask her co-workers to find her for us to get a simple glass of water Finally I went to the bar to ask the bartender for a glass. This is the second time in a week they've mishandled/missed up my order. I bought $50 worth of food and they packed my order like it was a doggie bag, paid no attention to my special instructions and when asked for a redo, its returned to me, like thrown together food. I've had enough of their unprofessional attitudes, therefore I won't be back. Too bad since this is my neighborhood red lobster. You guys need to do better!!!
Terrible experience. I ordered food to go. The fish and the shrimps were dry and tasteless. The cole slaw was sour and spoiled. The mac and cheese was gelled and cold, looked like leftover from yesterday. The only thing that was half decent were the biscuits. This is the last time they get my money. I will never go again. I wish I could give them 0 stars but the system doesn't let me.

Good family restaurant. Love the cheddar biscuits here. Prices aren't too bad but it's not the freshest seafood but it is a chain restaurant. Friendly service. The alcohol drinks are kinda watered down.
Customer service is nonexistent! Waiting 20 minutes for a waiter before walking out; never even received a menu!
If you're into being cornered into spending 40+ on an entre, I guess it's probably decent
