This Red Lobster at the Wolfchase Galleria has gone down hill. Went for lunch yesterday. My server brought me a lunch I hadn't ordered. When I told the manager that they brought me the wrong order he said it would take another 20 minutes. When I received my food, it wasn't cooked properly. The smell of the restaurant smelled terrible. Our table smelled musty and had a sour smell. I lost my appetite and just left. I will never go back to this nasty smelly restaurant. Bad customer service. I didn't even eat the food and they still charged me 50 dollars.

I placed an order online, my husband pulled the order up brought it home to discover small portions, cold biscuit, and watery sauce on salmon. Instead of the sauce being thick and creamy as usual it looked and tasted like lemon juice which I have neverexperienced from this location. My husband shrimp pasta was dry and the bowl was smaller than the normal size. My son had alarge piece of the end of a romaine lettuce head on his sandwich and his beef patty was dry. I am highly disappointed and willnot be ordering from this location again.
Upon entry we were seated fairly quickly. Because it was about 30 minutes until closing, it took a while for us to get service. Once we did however, we were so very pleased! There were 3 serves i remember seeing and I wish I had remembered their names. They were trying to close all the while making sure everyone in the restaurant was happy. All of the food was amazing! Surprisingly since they were closing up. I had crabs and my beau had the seafarers dish. All good! Great service! Great drinks!

I will never eat at a Red Lobster in Memphis, TN ever again. Manager doesn't know how to run a restaurant. The cooks don't know how to cook. And the people who clean this place don't know how to clean a restaurant. The food made me sick. The manager's customer service skills made me sick. And the strong smell of mildew from the rags they wipe their tables with made me sick.
Great meal. Great service. Our waiter Andre was excellent. It's rare a meal is so perfectly paced. The manager Angelia was also a most gracious host. Wife has the twin lobster tail special excellent deal. Me shrimp as usual. Atmosphere was quietand not rushed. Thanks.
We had a fantastic time at this restaurant. As a travel agent, we were able to conduct market research for our clients. The customer service was outstanding and they even offer a military discount. I am excited to share this wonderful experience with my clients.
I would give zero stars if I could. Waited 20 minutes for a table. Server couldn't remember order. Main dishes came out before salads. We sent food back but realize most likely it would just set under a heat lamp while we waited on salads so weleft.

The waiter, Jay, was exceptional. I have food allergies and he ensured that my health was his top priority. He was attentive to our needs before we even had to ask.
Red Lobster is my go-to spot for delicious seafood and fantastic drinks in a charming, old-school setting.
