My wife and I went out for dinner later in the evening. The restaurant didn't appear to be too busy, so we anticipated being seated and served promptly. However, we ended up waiting at the hostess counter for several minutes before being shown to our table in the bar area. It took quite a while for the waiter to take our drink order, despite the fact that we already knew what we wanted to eat. We also had to remind the waiter to bring our drinks, butter, and other condiments. When the food finally arrived, it was correct and quite tasty. Nevertheless, given that the restaurant wasn't crowded, the service left much to be desired.
Their biscuit are the best delicious.They're something I won't get tired of eating but I was mindful knowing the entree I choose. The meal was delicious. The shrimps on the skews the scallops were on point. The lobster was delicious, I believe the need to control their hands when adding salt to it because it was a little salty. I lived their rice, it's a delicacy and deliciousness The customer service of the waitress was awesome and the environment serene to enjoy the feast I ate. My son and I visited for a celebratory dinner and were welcomed with warm smiles and seated right away. The food was served piping hot, fresh, and perfectly timed. I particularly enjoyed the seafood-stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, along with my grilled shrimp for the main course. My son ordered the fish and chips. We highly recommend Red Lobster for any occasion!
I visited this restaurant for lunch three days in a row, and each time I tried something new and thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The service was outstanding; I was attended by a different waitress each day, and they were all very pleasant. The manager even came by to check on me during two of the three lunches. Well done, Red Lobster!

I visited this Red Lobster just after lunch, and the restaurant was quite empty, which I actually appreciated. Shawn was our server, and he was friendly and patient, even when I had to change my order. My meal arrived quickly, and everything was exactly right. If you go to this location, ask for Shawn—you won’t be disappointed!
It was a quiet Friday night, and our new waiter did an excellent job. He was very attentive throughout our meal. The entire staff was friendly and fantastic when it came to our food. We tried the date night dinner, a new addition to their menu, and it was delicious and great value for two.
It's just not the same as it use to be back in the early 2000. Hardly anyone here even on weekend. We had about 15 glass cups on out table that were empty. Our order was mixed. Easily spent 2 and half hours total and 2 hrs of waiting for food.
I truly love this restaurant; it’s a staple in Pasadena! The biscuits are always incredible and never let me down. The piña coladas are outstanding, and you can't go wrong with their fish sandwich.

We had a couple of the lobster and shrimp entrees with appetizers and the whole meal was phenomenal! Our server was attentive but not overbearing in disturbing our meals.
I received the wrong dish and had to wait while others were eating. It wasn’t the best experience.
