Red Lobster - Table reservation

I hate to give a star reviews, but I also hate to pay for terrible eating and experience. first: they need to clean the hell out of the restaurant. the smell in me should have been enough for me. the tables and tables are greasy and sticky. then there is the food. I was very sick and eating didn't seem attractive. I took my burger home and couldn't make me eat it after the terrible bisque I had before. I was sick at night. in principle, I think that this place remains open to its delicious Cheddar biscuits, which was the only safe oasis in what else was a terrible experience. We came out to celebrate Brandons 20th birthday. The wait time to be seated was about 30 mins. We were seated in the bar area. The experience was only okay because it took a long time to get our food due to our server was also the bartender.I just dont think they had enough staff to handle the people. Finally our food arrived to have my eldest sons food be missing. Evidently they were out of rice for the bowl. But shouldn't the server of noticed that a while ago.The kids kept busy as they were cracking jokes on each other and on me. The staff did come and sing happy birthday to Brandon and my granddaughter loved that she got to chime in. Thank you for the experience.3.5 stars

We had our 53rd wedding anniversary there. The manager Andy, the hostess and our wait person absolutely babied us and served us perfectly prepared dinners a wonderful Anniversary.

The food was super cold, the waitress placed her hand in my potato, also she was very rude and I hope she doesn't work in the food industry ever again.... Red lobster do better
