One star. I order GARLIC shrimp skewers and it was just grilled shrimp WITH ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR and there was clearly no sause rubbed on them. When I just asked for the shrimp to be replaced with what i ordered I was told that I ordered somethingcompletely different so I just said never mind I just want it taken off the bill. Next thing I know a manager is coming out witha side of garlic sauce telling me since it was cooked properly that she can't take it off... WHAT??? GARLIC is a pretty strongflavor to just miss... I never order any kind of shrimp other than garlic shrimp im pretty sure I know what its supposed totaste like. At this point I'm just irritated and again was offered something...
I've been to plenty of locations in my lifetime. But on my first time here I was wildly disappointed. The best thing I had was the Lobster Punch and I'd come back to have that again. They deliver us one pan of dry biscuits and never offered us another. We had a bowl of clam chowder. Both mine and my daughters were delivered cold. I told them and they took them and microwaved them and gave us the same bowls that had sat at our table. The crab legs were cold and I was already tired of asking them to fix things. It took more than 5 minutes for our server to show up. And to make this better when I woke up the next day I had a run of diarrhea and thought I wasn't going to make my flight at 0700 b...
This was my second time and we decided to give the place another shoot. The food was waaaay better than the first time. The biscuits was buttery and soft and less salty than the first time. I loved the seafood pizza, it's good for one person or as astarter. We also ordered the grilled lobster,shrimp and Salmon. It was good the rice was amazing. It looked larger in the menuand you can't share it. I felt that $37 is expensive for it.
Delicious food and the cheddar bay biscuits are splendid. Service was great, paying was all electronic from a device at the table which minimized contact or having your credit card out of your sight (good security). My wife and I go there periodicallywhen we are down that way and it’s always great food and service at reasonable prices. Book a table now
The food taste good just wasn't hot, service was slow. We had a new waitress and she wasn't trained properly. We had coupons and she didn't know how to apply them. We got it all done in the end. But I wouldn't return to this location.
The food and service was good. The host was rude and sat 2 other groups of people that came in after us. I will not communicate via Facebook. It's a security risk and refuse to use their private messager.
This is one of the BEST Red Lobster establishments we have ever experienced. The staff was so nice and welcoming. Although they were very short-staffed, everyone did an amazing job.
