If I could leave zero stars I would. This was my first time ever at a red lobster and will definitely be my last. Went there on a Sunday at 3. Kitchen was behind on 13 orders so had to wait 25 mintues to be seated. Then we waited another 20 minutes just for a server to come take our orders. Then another hour just to get our food. They couldn't even cook a steak right. After waiting 15-20 mintues for another steak I told the manager to forget about it and take it off my bill, because by then my family was already done eating. She didn't take it off my bill. She wanted to act like a child and try to degrade me. She finally took it off the bill and told me I couldn't take it home since i wasn't...
The service could use some improvement. I received only three biscuits, and the shrimp in my salad still had their tails on. However, the hostess was the highlight of my visit—she was very friendly and welcoming. Good for her!
The food was mediocre and arrived cold. Our server, Jairo, who appeared to be intoxicated, brought our meals late and made inappropriate advances toward my girlfriend, despite her clearly asking him to stop.
It’s a chain seafood restaurant…don’t aim that high. I will say I was VERY impressed with everything when I was in yesterday. The food was perfect, service was solid and the atmosphere is well…Red Lobster.

I'm disappointed to see this location closed. It was truly the only spot in central Ohio worth visiting. The other locations just don't compare and have consistently been much worse.
Food, service and atmosphere were all very nice. Hush puppies with jalapeno butter are amazing.
