my family and i were hungry so we stopped by to eat at red lobster and ordered some food the wait for the bread and our food little long but the bread was worth it, not so sure about the food... i ordered a lobster tail with fries and broccoli. the lobster was pretty good it was warm when i got it. the fries were hot and the broccoli was cold.My mother ordered the shrimp scampi with maine lobster and salmon along with their ozo rice and other sides. Her salmon was completely raw on the inside when it wasn't intended to be, and the rice was mushy unseasoned and like drenched with butter...other than those mishap's it's was only a great expierience because of the customer service. the waiters...
Wanting seafood, but not wanting to pay an arm and a leg, my husband and I chose to eat here while vacationing in the area. Everything we got was great! We got the create your own and chose Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp (amazing), Shrimp Scampi (amazing), Walt 's Shrimp (my husband enjoyed it) and we added Snow **** (also very good, even if it wasn 't very plentiful). We got there around 6:30 pm. Wasn't crowded Shrimp, scallops and filet were over cooked. Couldn't get more all u can eat shrimp cause the waiter never brought it. Asked for more biscuits but waiter never brought them. Never came back to refill drinks. Didn't charge the right amount for dinner. Asked for to bills got one. Finally a manager gave us rolls and a Togo container for all you can eat one portion shrimp. Will not go back to this location. Terrible service and food.
First time ever coming and it was for our 11th anniversary! COVID ready and clean. Food was amazing! I haven't even pulled out the parking lot and ready to come back. I got a lobster lovers dream and my husband got crab leg dinner. He got a top shelf Long Island ice tea and I got a fruit shoot pina colada. Of course biscuit to start off. A tea and coke to drink with food. With tip $90 even.

We went there Sunday evening. Waited about 10 minutes to be seated Very few people there. For the next 25 minutes we listened to the people at the table beside us send their meal back twice. Both times it was incorrect. After 25 minutes without seeing our waitress to take our order. We got up and left.
This used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Not any more. The place is empty and still have to wait to be seated. They are short on staff and it took forever to get anything! Slowest kitchen I have ever seen. Waited almost an hour for food. Unacceptable.
they wouldn’t honor our open table reservation. the little host boy wasn’t at the post for 20 mins. we stood there waiting and then he told me it was a 40 min wait after waiting for him for 20 mins.
I was unhappy with my wild-caught flounder. It was overly breaded. My sons didn't care for the lobster that was loaded with flounder either. It felt like I spent money without enjoying my meal.

It was just okay. The salmon wasn't good at all. However, the service and management were excellent.
