The food was great but the service was terrible. We were seated at a small 1/2 size booth. I asked if we could be seated somewhere else. I was told no other tables were available . I walked to restroom and observed many open tables where we could have been seated. I asked hostess to move us. She said no. The manager did move us when I asked her. We received cold biscuits, food arrived in timely manner and was very good. But only with one of the side dishes. I began to eat the meal thinking waitress would come back to check on us, perhaps ask if we needed anything like drink refills but she did not until our meal was over. This is my father's favorite place to go for any occasion! Waiting time on a Friday night was to be expected, but we didn't wait too long, I would say about 15-20 min for a party of 4. Good food and drinks, they were from all IPA beers so my husband and dad had to get something else. Although the menu is now somewhat restricted, there are several great options that are large portions! I hope they will find more team members soon, I felt bad that our server had much more tables almost too many, yet we still had amazing service! We had a great time!
It was my Birthday and I drank too much coffee before going there so I was having a panic attack. Food was delicious. Seriously, that Caesar salad is insane. The staff was phenomenal. So nice, thoughtful and patient. Very comforting. Our server was John, and he was exceptional. Love Red Lobster. Hope you're doing good John.
Our experience was wonderful, our meal came out immediately, and everything was fresh. What else could you ask? I ordered the Cod sandwich it was great, a bit under salt, but overall great. Fresh fish and chips and crab legs were also outstanding.
