Red Lobster - Table reservation

I recently dined at what may have been the worst Red Lobster I've ever been to. When we arrived, the restaurant was mostly empty, giving us hope for a great experience. However, we were informed by the understaffed host that there would be a delay in getting seated due to a focus on to-go orders. We decided to wait and were eventually seated, though our waitress was slow to take our orders and the biscuits served were cold. Our food arrived after a lengthy wait, with my dishes being unsatisfactory and my partner's order being incorrect. Service at this restaurant was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff that made dining a truly enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was also fantastic, with a cozy and inviting setting that added to the overall dining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great meal with wonderful service and ambiance.

I stood at the bar for 10 minutes before anyone even greeted me. There were 2 managers, 2 bartenders, and an employee who seemed to be occupied with something before she eventually left. The service was disappointing and the atmosphere was not enjoyable. I would rate the service 1 out of 5 and the atmosphere 1 out of 5.

We love coming here at Scarsdale. Our server Mariann is amazing. She is very friendly and her service is etiquette. She is a keeper. Highly recommend. We had the Ultimate Endless Shrimp. Perfect night after a long week of work. Parking: Plenty of space Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
