1) Lauren, our waitress, gave us good service. 2) When we got sat down, the hostess wiped something off the table with her hand, I asked her if the table was clean, she said yes, but I had my doubts. When we got our biscuits, I noticed that one of thesmall plates was dirty. 3) The strawberry smoothie that I got was okay. Not terrible, but definitely wouldn't get it again. 4)The food was good. 5) When I asked for A1 sauce, the bottle that was handed to me was dirty. I had to use some of my napkins toclean it. A busy Friday evening but were seated right away with our reservation'. Asked to be moved to a better table (from the back to a window) and were quickly accommodated. Our server was friendly and efficient and checked on a couple questions for us. The steamy, creamy langoustine asparagus cheese dip was delicious. The burger was big and yummy served with crisp on the outside creamy on the inside French fries. Tried the new Asian-influenced Ka Pao fried lobster with noodles which was spicy and flavorful with a generous lobster portion. Everything arrived hot. And of course those famous cheese biscuits. A dependably delicious meal.
This was my first time going to this location in six months. The building and the facility is deteriorating, as some of the carpet was dirty and we could hear the buzzing of the fluorescent lights. Our waitress was nice and took care of our needs. Igot the Fettuccine Shrimp Alfredo. The dish was better than I had it last time since they added garlic into the recipe. Was atotal upgrade for me. The cheddar biscuits were very good as always. Red Lobster is good, but would recommend another locationif you don’t want to feel like you’re in Long John Silvers.
We were seated immediately upon arrival at our wait list time. But it was downhill from there. It took over minutes to receive the appetizers. It took an hour to receive our meals. The steak was dry and overdone. The shrimp scampi was cold and was not prepared properly and the linguini shrimp was cold. And Iâm pretty sure my drink had no alcohol in it. The manager said they were short staffed that night. If so, they should not have allowed so many patrons in at the same time.

We had the pleasure of being served by Megan tonight. She was very friendly and her smile lit up the room. Just her attitude and the way she handled our requests made our meal better. She was great! I also noticed how all of the staff got along and wasfriendly to each other. With all the negativity in the news, it was great to have a fantastic meal alongside happy customers andstaff. It was a great night out!!
So me and my family came to Florida for a funeral and decided to go to red lobster for dinner .The lobster bisque soup was so salty no one could finish it. the drinks had no taste and I had a crawling insect in my salad. My skin was crawling we walkedright out. However the manager was understanding and took care of whatever he did ! Never eating red lobster again
I absolutely love the Red Lobster in Brandon. It's refreshing to see that they are back operating at full capacity. The SeaFarer's Feast was delicious, just take a look at the photo! The staff, especially our waitress Deborah, were very friendly and kind. We enjoyed every aspect of our visit. Thank you.
Absolutely NO stars for this place. I am so disgusted. Came here with my husband and daughter for a “nice” dinner, that was a JOKE. A roach crawled right up to my plate as I was eating! Beyond disgusted.
