This location needs help with teamwork! We had a large party and the service was awful. Drink times took forever, we weren't informed on any daily specials, catch of day or anything on the menu. When drinks finally came, they were wrong. I can go on and on but the bottom line, the staff needed to help our server with drinks, food, clean up, and much more. We weren't a walk in, they had ample time to prepare for us. Note: A venue is only as successful as thier team. Management needs to train this staff again.
They did not log me in as an OT reservation and the gentleman who greeted us after I advised him of our OT reservation acknowledged it in the system yet needless to write, I had to prove to OT we were there and itâs annoying. Clam Chowder one of the best Iâve had and the meal offer is really a good deal. Seafood is bland and yet expected for a chain restaurant however adding some hot sauce does the palate well. Itâs a good deal for the portions served which is generous, Enjoy!

Our waiter wasnt most helpful in answering our questions about the menu. She was more annoyed that we kept asking. That plus she brought our lobster bisque like 30 minutes after we ordered it. Our meal came about the same time. The portions of the meals were huge and biscuits were a little salty for my taste though.

When we arrived to the restaurant no hostess was to receive us and I had to ask a server to check our reservation. The service was no bad but nothing out of the normal. In fact, we had to ask for the traditional bread service and the bread arrived at the end of our meal The food was ok, not like in other occasions.

It took us 90 minutes to complete our meal. Despite the restaurant being only half full, service was very slow.
The service is slow when it comes to bringing the bill, but the food is consistently delicious.
