It had been a while since eating here because the last meal I had here wasn?t great. Decided to give it another shot, but today?s lunch was even worse than the last time here. Our bill, before tip, was right at $100. We ordered Admirals Feast, crab legs, another shrimp/fish meal that I?m not sure of the name, one cocktail, and 2 waters. Salads biscuits were fine, as usual. Crab legs were tiny, watery, and extra fishy smelling. Everything else was okay. Not bad, but far from great. We came here for crab legs, though, and those were a huge disappointment. The food was disappointing. The salad had wilted pieces, and I ordered the new stuffed flounder, which was underwhelming. The sauce on it was watered down and lacked flavor. I barely touched my “loaded” baked potato that I paid extra for since it had very little sour cream and no butter. The service was mediocre; while our server was friendly, she rarely checked on us. The exterior of the restaurant could use some paint, and the air inside was musty and unpleasant. I think the carpet might be trapping unwanted odors from the food, which was off-putting. I should have opted to eat outside instead. My bill came to $57, and it was definitely not worth the price.
The food wasn't good. Salad had devastated pieces. The new filled Flounder ordered. It wasn't very good. Sauce on it was a watered down and lack of taste. Did I only have half of my?loaded? baked potato for which I paid extra. Had very little sour cream and no butter. Service was meh. She was nice, but she never saw us. The outside needs some color touches and the air smells bad. The air smells loud and dirty. Let go of the carpet. I think it keeps the smells of food. I should have just eaten outside. Ticket was $57. Definitely NOT worth the price.
The food was good, but I was a bit disappointed with the size of the crab legs. The shrimp scampi had only two shrimp, and they were so small I would consider them more like popcorn shrimp. The baked potatoes seem to be getting smaller with each visit to Red Lobster. The coleslaw was excellent, and overall, the food tasted great. The service was also excellent.

The waitress was very friendly, but the service was a bit slow. I ordered sweet tea and was first served unsweetened, but it was eventually refilled with sweet tea. I had to ask for a knife twice before I finally got one. It seemed like she was having a bit of a rough day. However, the food was good.
The food was great. It was actually better than expected because the last time I was there (a year or so ago), I didn't really enjoy it. Mary, our waitress, was very nice and attentive. If you haven't been or, like me, hadn't been in a while, give it a shot. It was a nice dinner.
I visited this location while passing through the city. The food was good not great. The ranch tasted like vinegar and it was a little hot in the building. However our waitress was amazing. She kept our glasses full and she checked on us often.
Red Lobster experiences can vary by location, but if you find yourself in Fort Smith, be sure to stop by. The staff was friendly, the service was prompt, and the food was excellent!
