I recently placed a takeout order (number 2E83B), and unfortunately, the restaurant failed to deliver on food quality once again. I ordered a dozen Cheddar Bay biscuits, a lobster baked potato, and lobster linguine. The biscuits were dry and overcooked, missing the usual buttery garlic herb seasoning. The lobster in all of my dishes was also overcooked, and I ended up with plain spaghetti noodles topped with the poorly cooked lobster, without any lobster sauce mixed in. I’ve always associated Red Lobster with good food, but this time was an exception. Even the biscuits, which I usually look forward to, were disappointing. My sister and I specifically visited for the salads and cheddar bay biscuits, only to find out they had run out of lettuce and salads. They didn't offer any compensation for this either. Additionally, when I requested extra sauce for my shrimp linguine, they wanted to charge me $3 for just a few spoonfuls of fettuccine sauce—seriously?
Overall, this was one of my worst dining experiences in quite some time. However, I do want to give credit to the new employee who did his best to make our visit enjoyable.
our waiter was great and eating was good. but their system crashed when we were ready to pay. an hour waited for what they said would take only ten minutes and we had to pay in cash and what our total amount was just to try to wait from there after an hour. but there was no possibility to seek income for anyone or pay. I don't know how long the others had to wait.
The food we had was delicious, and our waitress provided excellent service. However, the hostess at the front who seats you had a bit of an attitude, which affected our experience. Because of this, I would suggest considering another Red Lobster location. We've visited several, and this is the only one where we encountered service issues.

The restaurant was very clean, very pleasant environment. Locations is great and easy to get to. The waiter was very helpful and polite. The only con, was that the restaurant is a little dated and needs some updating
The server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food arrived hot and delicious. We especially enjoyed the shrimp, dinner rolls, and steak!
