Overall, I had an excellent dining experience. The food was exceptional, with a perfect rating for flavor and presentation. The service was attentive and friendly, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere that was conducive to a relaxing dinner. I highly recommend trying the Caesar Salad, Baked Potato, Cheddar Bay Biscuit, and Fried Shrimp—all of which stood out as highlights of the meal.
My family of 4 had dinner on 9/30 at limas red lobster and I would like to say how great our server Kyleigh was. She was extremely attentive and grasped all our needs. She was so pleasant and friendly. The service is very rare in these days. We appreciate everything she did. It is the epitome of what the customer service is. I'll give four for the service. Our food was ok not real discomfort, but it is red lobster has changed over the years.
Bailey did a fantastic job taking care of us during dinner, and it was a pleasure to try some new dishes. However, the front desk needs improvement regarding OpenTable reservations. This is at least the second time our reservation was canceled instead of being seated. I've experienced similar issues at other locations as well. Overall, this has left me feeling disappointed with the chain.

Red lobster fills its customers up on decidedly tasty, high calorie biscuits while waiting for their food. The food portions, at least of the flounder with stuffing and lobster, were small and vegetables were the same. Jim's pasta Alfredo was larger, he liked it fine. I grew up with fresh off the boats seafood, chain restaurant frozen just doesn't do for me.
I visited Red Lobster for the first time in two years. My server was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. However, I was disappointed to find that they now serve instant mashed potatoes. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, service a 5, and atmosphere a 5.
