Red Lobster Lima - Table reservation

My family of 4 had dinner on 9/30 at limas red lobster and I would like to say how great our server Kyleigh was. She was extremely attentive and grasped all our needs. She was so pleasant and friendly. The service is very rare in these days. We appreciate everything she did. It is the epitome of what the customer service is. I'll give four for the service. Our food was ok not real discomfort, but it is red lobster has changed over the years.

bailey has made a great job to take care of us for dinner, and it was nice to enjoy some new dishes. the front desk needs help or correction when editing opentable reservations. this was (at least) the second time that our OT reservation was canceled instead of sitting at this point. other RL locations have done the same. overall rl loses with me.

I do not want to leave negative reviews, but new policy is that you are not sitting if your entire party is not in operation. We were 5 minutes before my parents and wanted to order and deny appetizers and drinks. Red Lobster of Lima Ohio will no longer receive my business.

Excellent service and lobster potatoes were delicious! Side salad is pretty simple and pretty crisp. You know, the cookies were lovely!

bailey was a great server. the dessert menu is updated and the chocolate wave was even better than previous purchases.
