A few ladies from my church and I gathered here for lunch yesterday, Saturday, September 10, 2022, at 1 PM. We chose a great time to visit, as the restaurant was nearly empty. We didn't encounter any long lines, delays, or crowds. We were seated quickly, and our server attended to us right away. She was both friendly and professional, taking our orders promptly, and our food arrived in a timely fashion. However, we did notice a few dirty dishes left with our appetizers and salads. Tia was exceptional. The entire team, from the manager to the servers, made us feel like we were the most important guests in the restaurant. The service and attention we received surpassed what we've experienced at Sullivan's. Every staff member we encountered on our way out made an effort to acknowledge our family. The food was delicious and was served promptly, even on a busy Saturday night. It was a remarkable experience for a large franchise restaurant.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. From the hostess to the waitress and every staff member I encountered, everyone was friendly and provided fantastic service. I ordered the Wednesday Surf and Turf special, and it was delicious! It's been decades since my last visit to a Red Lobster, and I was truly impressed by this location. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, and the 97% sanitation rating was a nice bonus!
My husband and I went to Red Lobster in Raleigh for our anniversary. Our server, Omar, was excellent. He listened to what we didn't like and made suggestions. His recommendations were spot on. Food was excellent. I wish all servers were as knowledgeable and friendly as Omar. Just wish I wouldn't have to drive over an hour to eat at one. We would certainly go more.

A few members of our group had never visited Red Lobster before, so we decided to show them the experience. While the decor feels somewhat dated and dark, the restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. Considering the atmosphere, cleanliness, and food quality, this location is probably the better choice compared to the two nearest to Raleigh.
We had the best waiter! Larry made sure we were well taken care of. We waited a little for our food due to quite a few parties going on but, he made us comfortable enough where we didn't let it bother us. The food was good! Thanks to Larry, we will be back.
The food quality has declined somewhat, but the biscuits remain delicious, and the service is still excellent.
The food was amazing! I haven't visited in a while, but I definitely plan to return soon.
