They don’t always have the ingredients available to complete your açaí bowl. They did not have blueberries or strawberries. Although near closing time (11:20pm -40 minutes remaining), they can be in a rush and not the friendliest. Which in my opinion, if the store chooses to be open until midnight, it’s no excuse to be unpleasant or to have missing an essential açaí bowl ingredient, like blueberries. Blueberries are so common, why would it be not available?? The response they gave in person and for this review clearly shows how little they appreciate a customer’s opinion and patronage. It also comes up to $13 for a very average size bowl and all your desired ingredients may not be available....
The smoothies are amazing! The soft serve is also delicious. It?s a small space so, they obviously cannot have too much variety for the soft serve, but they have the basics and then some! Their toppings however, come with loads of variety! There are basic candy/cookie toppings and then, they have a section for healthier toppings such as fruits and nuts. It?s a clean establishment with mostly friendly staff. Parking can be tough but in New York, parking is always tough!
Walked in grabbed a bowl full intention to get yogurt but upon looking at flavors wasn't sure which one to get as the flavors seemed different. I asked for to try one of the flavors and the guy said nope. So I out my bowl down and said then I won't buy anything. He said have a nice day. And I want to baskin Robbins. What in the world is wrong #nocustomwrserviceskills. NEVER going back
Been wanting yogurt on a sunny day after walking around Austin St. So one shop that came to mind is this. I love that you can be able to put the yogurt in the cup yourself and put what ingredients you like. They charge by weight so it?s just fair. I chose taro yogurt and put fruits/chocolate. With the service, it was quick and people in there are nice.

I visited this location for the first time, and it was quite different from other restaurants I've been to. They only have outdoor seating since the space is very small. However, the staff at the register is really friendly and incredibly considerate. I definitely plan on returning!
Ordered an açaí bowl via Uber eats. Packaging and presentation was terrible and my açaí bowl was all melted upon arrival. This could be an Uber eats issue but I did pay for priority delivery so not sure why my açaí bowl was all liquid in the span of 15 mins.
Healthy yogurt. Insufficient seating based on its high popularity. Many nice fruit toppings, smoothies, chocolates. Friendly staff, free wi-fi, close to New York City?s subway, no bathroom.
