Although it's a self-serve setup, Christina was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the menu and even highlighted the vegan options. She was very kind. Leslie assisted us with the toppings, which were a bit overwhelming due to the wide selection available. One of my friends had a tough time deciding on a smoothie, but Vivian stepped in to help her make a choice and ended up creating a delicious smoothie for her.

I've visited this restaurant three times so far. My first experience was just average; the service was slow and a bit disorganized. The bowl and smoothie were nothing special. On my second visit, the service improved, and both the smoothie and bowl were enjoyable. Unfortunately, during my third visit, the staff at the counter appeared irritated when I asked for assistance. The smoothie was mediocre, but the bowl tasted spoiled. I'm not sure if they pulled it from the freezer instead of preparing a fresh one, but it was unpleasant.
This restaurant has two outstanding choices. The chocolate sorbet is extremely rich and tasty, while the peanut butter cup vegan frozen yogurt is amazing. They offer a wide range of vegan toppings—more than any other frozen yogurt shop I've visited. There’s an abundance of fresh fruit, nuts, and peanut butter options. I was very pleased with the selection. When I called to ask about the flavors, the staff was knowledgeable and quickly shared the available options with me.
Red Mango is one of the few places in the Westchester area that provides vegan soft serve ice cream beyond just fruity flavors. The selection at Red Mango is distinctive and ever-evolving, featuring options like chocolate peanut butter, chai, pumpkin spice, tart vanilla, and more. Alongside their vegan soft serve, they also offer dairy-free smoothies, açaí bowls, and vegan bars. It's refreshing to have such a diverse range of vegan treat options in the area.

Red Mango is a solid option in a less-than-ideal situation. The New York metro area doesn't have many great smoothie bars, so Red Mango stands out somewhat. The flavors of the smoothies are quite good; however, their unpleasant consistency detracts from the overall enjoyment. And as for the service, let's just say it's not up to par.
I love froyo and this is my go to! I just wish it wasn't so expensive... but make sure to register your number and get points per purchase for discounts!
I used to really enjoy going to this place for acai bowls, but I recently found out that they have closed down. I’m so disappointed.
It seems that this location has closed, but there is a nearby Green and Tonic that serves smoothies and açaí bowls.
