This has been an ongoing problem with RED PEPPER. We have been going to this place since it opened. The problem is their lack of knowledge of food safety. They habitually put out raw chicken (Tandoori). This has happened the last 8 times we have gonethere for lunch. I tell the manager and he says ok . They never remove the chicken that was put out and just leave it for thenext potential customer. For a buffet , they are SLOW to replenish the food that is already out. You have to TELL THEM thatthey are out of an item. Service is always decent and your water glass never goes empty. I was happily surprised by this restaurant. Located in a plaza, my expectations were low, but it exceeded them. The place was clean and well-lit, and the service was top-notch. The food was fresh and flavorful. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking it out. The Tikka Masala stood out in particular, as shown by my clean plate at the end.
I visited Red Pepper for the first time and was absolutely impressed. The flavors, aroma, and presentation were outstanding. Have been ordering from this place for years! We just started dining in recently and the staff is attentive and lovely. But most importantly, the food is consistently incredible. It is always fresh and extremely well seasoned. Highly recommend. We?ll beback soon!

The lunch buffet is amazing, but the sign outside appears to be outdated as it mentions a price of $13 for weekdays. On Friday, we were charged $17 per person, including taxes.

Wonderful curry food, enjoyed Malai kofta(spicy), Mughlai Paneer. Nice service for pick up. Four stars only for not enough vegetarian choices in buffet.
