Service is always good. And, if management reads this, please for all things good and tasty, COOK THE FRIES LONGER!! Even asking for them well done proves to be a waste of time. We are presented with fries so soft and it needs a little blue pill. it 'smore like a mashed potato with no skin, then a nice crispy fry that I 'm sure the majority of people would prefer.
Order #85237964 I tried the A.I Peppercorn Burger and The Marco Pollo from Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews for the first time using their online Pick Up and Go service, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. Despite the extensive menu, my experience did not meet expectations.
My burger was underwhelming and ultimately disappointing. The whole experience felt more like a punishment than an enjoyable meal. Additionally, ordering over the phone was frustrating and left much to be desired.

Excellent burgers with a wide variety of choices. It's a refreshing alternative to other burger chains. You really can't go wrong with any burger here. The sweet potato fries are a standout!
Red Robin was delicious tonight! Despite some negative reviews before, our experience this evening was fantastic. We were seated quickly, and everything was excellent from start to finish.
I never had less than top service here. Burgers are always perfect. The drinks got out quickly. WItress had a great joke and was quick to notice if something could be needed.
