I have eaten about a dozen times at this point, and overall I would say that they are a solid 4/5 stars. I go with 5 for this review because the last few times the food was absolutely perfect. Tonight we ordered the Royal Red Robin Burger, the Smokehouse Brisket Burger (limited time special and Mozzarella sticks. The burgers were perfect and the mozzarella sticks were perhaps the best I ever had. (I know they are probably frozen bars like any other Fast Casual restaurant, but they were so good! I admit that the pommes were a little undercooked, and there was an additional ancillary sauce that we ordered that was omitted (but I checked the order and noticed that before leaving. On September 5, 2022, I visited the restaurant and found the food to be quite good. We ordered cheeseburgers, fries, and onion rings, which were enjoyable. The waitress also provided good service. However, the reason I gave a low rating was the incessant loud whistle coming from the kitchen. I assume it was meant to signal the waitstaff that an order was ready, but there must be a better way to do this that doesn’t disturb the customers. I was eager to leave because of the noise.
The food was satisfactory; we had cheeseburgers, fries, and onion rings. The waitress was attentive and did an excellent job. However, what significantly affected my overall rating was the constant loud noise coming from the kitchen. It appeared to be a signal for the waitstaff to pick up orders, but there must be a more subtle way to manage that. Unfortunately, it made my dining experience rather uncomfortable, and I was eager to leave.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was quite enjoyable. However, the cleaning product they used had a very overpowering scent. I would still recommend visiting the restaurant; the cleaning smell is just a personal preference of mine. I prefer to smell the delicious food being cooked rather than a hospital-like aroma. That said, many people might actually appreciate the fresh scent of the cleaner.

I visited the restaurant on Sunday the 20th and was initially unsure, given my less-than-pleasant experiences at other Red Robin locations. However, the hostess, Rachel, was incredibly kind and friendly. She created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which left me with a very positive first impression of the restaurant. I wish there were more people like her spreading kindness in the world!
Great service, tasty food, and reasonable prices. The Burnin' Love burger is my favorite! I’m always satisfied whenever I come here. The pretzel bites are fantastic too.
Terrible experience! This place has really declined, which is disappointing. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were completely dissatisfied.
Red Robin used to be our go-to spot with the kids. We went tonight for my son's birthday, and it was by far the worst experience we've had there.

Stopped in for lunch. We got right in and sat down. Wait time was no time at all. Food came out hot and tasted great! I?ll stop back in again.
Great experience fast service. First experience here was it was a great burger place if you lookin to grab a nice burger
