The server came right away and I did not even have a chance to look at the menu, she also gave details about the food I did not even asked. She seemed very fake which I did not like. Not to forget that they messed up my friend?s drink 2 times. Obviouslythe girls serving do not pay attention which is so sad. Also, coming and checking on us too often made me feel like rushed. Iwas at this place for the first time, well?it?s also the last time. I ordered a burger which was ok, nothing special ?sorry , Iprefer In-and-Out. If I can make a suggestion, that would be to train the employees to care about the patrons and not just saythings automatically, and to personalize each table experience.
We visited because I had a coupon that allowed a second deluxe burger at half price after purchasing the first burger. Since my wife eats less than a hummingbird, two burgers were too much, so we just split a burger, which was more than enough. It wasnice that they cut it in half and served it on two plates. We had plenty of fries, but I always thought that fries werebottomless served with ranch dressing. I bring it up because we were never asked if we wanted more fries, even though I wouldhave declined. I think the sodas are also bottomless, but my wife was good with one serving. I enjoyed an ice-cold beer, butfor some reason, they weren't bottomless.
I 've really liked this place loved their burgers. Now I order their turkey sandwich. It 's very peppery, be aware of that if you do not like pepper. I prefer shoestring fries, unfortunately they serve steak fries they 're never crispy as shoestringwould be. I began going to Red Robin in part because they served your meal on plate or platter. I 'm not fine with the "budget "program. BTW also on the menu is sweet potato fries, which would have been better with the turkey burger. ????
We went to celebrate my father in laws birthday so there was 11 of us. It took a bit to get seated but when we did, our table fit everyone comfortably and we were greater almost right away. Our server did a very good job at making everything right thewhole time. With a party of 11, you have to expect it to not be perfect ???? no matter what the problem was they were quick tofix it and we ended up having a wonderful time. ????

Our visit to Red Robin started off fine, but once our food arrived, the service took a nosedive. I waved for attention for 15 minutes trying to get more of their so-called bottomless fries from the menu, but never received any. On top of that, I had to ask for water three times. It's been a while since I last visited Red Robin, and now I remember why.
The hostess Wendy was so friendly and made you very welcome! Our waitress was good, but the pommes were cold and not crispy as they were always. The restaurant felt dirty. Most importantly, coming from the parking lot, there was garbage everywhere, which was very unloaded. The common reasons were sunk! Won?t back here!
The service at this restaurant was excellent! They were efficient and calm, even during the dinner rush. We had three attentive servers who took our order promptly, kept our drinks refilled, and brought us more fries without us needing to ask. This place is fantastic, and we will definitely be returning!
Endless fries and Red Robin swimming—how could it go wrong?! The staff was friendly, and the service was pretty fast. We ordered food and drinks within a minute of being seated.
