they have a lot of unique burgers, but they didn't ask me how I wanted my burger to make it a light pink. I prefer it well. the service was fast and friendly. I went ahead and did the adventurous ding and got a strange burger. it was just ok. endless frenchs are cool and the mac and the cheese for the kids, my daughter wasn't interested. it was almost as if it had too much milk. a decent place. I just spent more what it was worth me. but this is convincing for you. the staff was great in the location. Had a chance to visit this Red Robin location today north of Dayton Restaurant Row as the locals call it. The food was exceptionally delicious as previous visits were. Arriving around 4p on a Sunday there was no wait to get in and be seated promptly. The entrance staff was very friendly and polite, however the waitress we had this day disappeared through most of our dinner hour visit. For this reason I had ti reduce from 5 star to a 4 star review. The restaurant itself is clean and very well organized with constant sanitizing going on to help keep both patrons and staff protected.
We wanted to do the burgers well, but they were still pink. for the prices they calculate, they can at least cook it as they ask. they had unlimited root beer boats and we really enjoyed that. the pommes were on the spot, we all ordered the garlic frying. the staff was friendly and polite. that was clean. eating was not worth the $100 tab in my opinion, family of 4, if they ask themselves.
05/01/2022: Staff was pleasant. Our first order of drinks arrived at out table very fast. The server set us up with fries while waiting for our food, when the meal arrived my wife's onion straws were cold so cold like they were in the refrigerator, they brought some more our quickly and yes they were hot. The food was good. The follow up on refills was not very good.

eating was great, our server was great, although I forget her name. my water broke while we waited to pay, and my fiancée could find her so that we could get into our sick house. she was so sweet and excited for us! I just wanted to let them know and the babies are great and we appreciate the unique experience
I haven’t been here for a while because of terrible past experiences. But getting my carry out order today was perfect. From the carry out service to my food. Everything was correct, put together nicely, and very tasty. Thank you to the team that was there today (10/22/22 8:30pm)
broccoli served with my meal was so fresh, warm and tasty. the decoration in the restaurant is interesting. my service was prompt. I got a refill of my drink. this location is easily accessible and close to the autobahn.
I came in to get my order that I placed and everyone was confused. kept telling me that they did not see my order in the system, although I showed them the entry of my order. after 5 min, my eating has always been cold.

It was fine. Food was fine. They were understaffed like most places. I can’t complain but I also cant get too excited about it. If you want a pretty good burger, check them out.
Good food and friendly service from our server Isabella . We did get a couple forks that didn 't look too clean though.
