We used to love going to Red Robin and were regulars, but this recent visit was the worst we've ever had. We tried to order appetizers on the self-serve kiosk, but it wasn't working. Eventually, we ordered our appetizers and entrees together. The appetizers were delicious when they finally arrived, but after waiting 30 minutes, our entrees still hadn't shown up.
