This restaurant is a fantastic spot to check out, especially if you can keep your wait under thirty minutes. The service is outstanding and prompt, but be aware that there may be a bit of a wait on busier nights. If you choose the bottomless sides option, they’ll serve those while you wait for your main course. Personally, I love their ranch dip. Each table comes equipped with a handy touchscreen for settling the bill at the end of your meal. I was warmly greeted by Ingrid, along with two other staff members who came out to introduce themselves. It's common for restaurants to overlook customers sitting outside, but that definitely wasn't the case here. Ingrid provided excellent customer service; I never had to ask for anything twice. She even gave me a to-go bag and brought out a bowl of water for my puppy. The top-notch customer service was especially appreciated after the tough day I had, making the experience unforgettable. A big shout-out to Ingrid and her team! I really wish there were more people like Ingrid in the world!
The food at this restaurant was quite enjoyable, but we were disappointed that we weren't provided any silverware and that our entrees arrived before our appetizers. Moreover, we were not asked if we wanted more of the bottomless fries. After we requested them, we were given some extra garlic fries instead. The Burning Love Burger I ordered had a cold fried jalapeño on top, which seemed like it had been cooked earlier. While we have experienced good service at other locations, this particular restaurant definitely has room for improvement in that area.
The service at this Red Robin location was very disappointing. We asked for more fries that never came, and our food was served by a different server. Our designated server only checked on us once during the entire meal and didn’t offer any drink refills. Moreover, my son-in-law had to approach another server to ask for a takeout container. This has been the worst service we've ever experienced at a Red Robin. When we called to speak with a manager about our experience, we were met with a lack of concern and indifference. This Red Robin had very good service. We never ran out of fries or drinks, the food was served hot and the waitress and hostess were nice. We did wait 20 min or so to get seated at a table for 2, in a restaurant that was at 30% capacity but that has becomethe new normal.
My family and I dined at Red Robin today, and we had a fantastic experience. Our server, Jacob, was exceptional! He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and overall just a wonderful server—definitely one of the best I've had. The food was fantastic as well!
This Red Robin location is usually quite busy, but I've always found the service to be fast and friendly! The burger was juicy, and the bun was perfectly toasted. The sweet potato fries were tender without being soggy.
